Return Process

  Ensure your boots are unworn, in resalable condition, and within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.

  Initiate Online Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the boots inside their original Blundstone box and secure them within an outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
